La historia

Chilean Wines Company is a family-owned and operated winery in the Maule Valley, in central Chile. The Guerra family arrived from northern Italy in 1920 and settled in Maule to continue its winemaking tradition, and has since planted 750 hectares of vineyards across the valley.

Maule is one of Chile's historic wine regions and today produces more wine than any other in the country. The family matches different grape varieties to the valley's many microclimates, in the belief that most of a great wine is made in the vineyard. Its brands, led by Lauca and including Inu, Secano, Cantera, Ribera and Manutara, are exported to more than 30 countries.
