Founded in 1821, Bodegas Barbadillo is the definitive voice of Manzanilla. Seven generations of the Barbadillo family have crafted wines from Sanlúcar de Barrameda's albariza soils, where Atlantic humidity sustains the flor with unmatched intensity. Solear — pale, biscuity, saline — is the benchmark Manzanilla. But the range spans the full Sherry spectrum: Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Pedro Ximénez VORS, and a Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva of remarkable depth.
