Multi-country private label
Most wine producers can bottle a private label for you in one country. PWSB builds a complete private-label range across several countries under a single brand, with one contract, one contact and one shipment plan.
If you want your own brand to cover Vinho Verde and Port from Portugal, sparkling from Italy, and a red from South Africa or South America, you would normally negotiate with five producers in five countries, in five languages, on five different timelines. We handle all of it.
In 2024 PWSB shipped 13 million litres across 270 SKUs.
What we can do
- Sourcing countries
- Portugal, Italy, Spain, Germany, South Africa, Chile and Argentina. Other countries on request.
- Wine styles
- still white, red and rosé, sparkling, fortified, and non-alcoholic.
- Formats
- 250 ml, 375 ml, 750 ml and 1 litre.
- Minimum order
- 6,000 bottles per item. Below that the price per bottle rises sharply. A range of four wines therefore starts at about 24,000 bottles.
- Lead time
- about 1 month from approved design to shipment, if your brand is already registered. If the brand is new, EU trademark registration takes around 6 months and has to happen first.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
6,000 bottles per item. Fewer is possible, but the price per bottle goes up significantly.
How long does it take?
About 1 month from approved design to shipment if the brand exists. Allow around 6 months for a new EU trademark registration.
What about labelling rules and approvals?
We handle them. For DOC Vinho Verde, each batch carries a numbered CVRVV guarantee seal and the label must be approved before printing, which usually takes two to four weeks. Since December 2023, EU wines also need the ingredient and nutrition declaration, usually through an e-label QR code.
Can we mix countries in one brand?
Yes. That is the core of the service.
Do you name the producers?
We share producer details once a mutual non-circumvention agreement is signed.
Can you produce non-alcoholic wine under our brand?
Yes.
Which markets can you ship to?
We currently export to Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, South Korea, the UAE, Brazil and Poland, and we can ship to other markets on request.
