Grapes and region

Castelão, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez. Castelão is the signature red grape of the Setúbal Peninsula. Alicante Bouschet is one of the few grapes with red flesh and gives the wine deep colour, while Aragonez is the Portuguese name for Tempranillo.

Winemaking

Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
