Onde Vais? means "where are you going?" The label is about the search for a path and for oneself, and it is also a quiet description of what PWSB does: taking wines from Portuguese vineyards and sending them out to find their market. The wine itself is a semi-dry Vinho Verde from the DOC region in Portugal's northwest.
Tasting notes
Crystal-clear with a citrus hue. Delicate citrus aromas with a floral touch; fresh and delicate on the palate, with balanced acidity.
Winemaking
Full destemming, pneumatic pressing and fermentation at low temperatures.
Serving and storage
Serve well chilled, at 9-12°C, as an aperitif or with seafood and salads.
