Casa Leonor Gran Cuvée is a brut sparkling wine from the Veneto, made from 100% Glera and produced by the Charmat method.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with green highlights and fine, persistent bubbles. Delicate notes of green apple and citrus, with hints of white flowers. Dry and fresh on the palate, with a harmonious, persistent finish.
Winemaking
Grapes harvested in mid-September; Martinotti-Charmat method.
Serving and storage
Serve at 6-8°C, as an aperitif, with appetisers or with shellfish.
