Galispo's label is a still life of a summer afternoon: fresh fruit, vine leaves and ice cubes around a small crested bird perched on the name. It sets the tone for the wine, a semi-dry Vinho Verde from the DOC region in Portugal's northwest, made to be served cold. The rosé blends Vinhão, Amaral and Borraçal.
